I found the Markus Group's weekend Real Estate Training amazing. The instructor was excellent and knowledgeable. Not only was he clear about each topic during the training but he also shared some of his personal experiences which served to convince me that this was not simply theory. His strategy of instructing with graphics (he is a good cartoonist) helped to make the material he lectured on, much more easy to grasp. It was also great that he used the manual infrequently, respecting the fact that adults can read. Now as I pick up the manual, along with my notes from the session, it all makes sense. I really appreciated his sincerity, patience and concern for ensuring that each of us fully understood the content. I learned a lot that I can implement immediately and look forward to acquiring even more strategies for investing in real estate from the advanced sessions. I expect that I will no longer be stumbling along like a true amateur in this arena but with confidence and more knowledge acquired through the Markus Group's programs. I am sure I will be able to make it work profitably for me as I maintain an 'abundance mentality' and surround myself with 'interdependent' types of people.

It was indeed a pleasure to spend two wonderful days at the Markus Group's Seminar. It has been the most informative, self-gratifying Real Estate Workshop I have ever attended; this gives me the confidence to pursue my dreams and aspirations in life. The instructor was extremely wonderful, his humour was appropriate, he was very professional and down to earth. Most of all, these courses are reasonably priced and if anyone should attend the seminar and doesn't take advantage of what they have to offer and mentoring it will be a shame, because you have just missed the Money train for Booth hill. I have paid over three times what the Markus Group's course is worth and in the two day seminar I have acquired a lot of knowledge to catapult my business to the next level.
