Sean was not always financially healthy. Prior to investing, he worked as a Computer Systems Analyst for a major Canadian bank, then as an instructor teaching computer programming and applications at college level. He found his career unfulfilling. Although receiving an impressive salary, he still had little savings, and limited retirement planning in place.

What turned this around? His brother, a former police officer invited him to a two hour free workshop about investing in real estate. The strategies were weak, not explained well, and would not work here in Canada without major modification. Yet he still invested in the follow up workshop. From there, Sean set out to adapt the strategies to work in the Canadian marketplace, respecting Canadian rules and customs then elevating the ethical standard to facilitate repeat business.

One year later Sean quit his teaching job and the rest is history. Frederick was able to amass over 3.5 million dollars of real estate within two years of investing. Added to that the cash flow generated by those properties surpassed any job he had ever worked and also surpassed his lifestyle expectations.
